How a Seamless Floor System Comes Together

Each layer plays a distinct role, from structural base to finished, trafficked surface. Thickness ranges shown are representative and vary by project specification.

  1. MC350 Colored Wear-Resistant Finish

    The visible, trafficked surface. An inorganic, mineral/polymer-modified colored layer engineered for seamless flatness and wear resistance.

  2. Bonding / Transition Layer

    A prepared interface layer promotes adhesion between the leveling base and the finish system above it.

  3. Self-Leveling Mortar Layer

    GQ300 or HC250 self-leveling mortar corrects flatness, height differences, and provides a precision base for the finish system.

  4. Substrate / Base Slab

    Structural concrete base. Surface condition and height differences are assessed before leveling begins.
